How do I book a clean?

The steps depend on whether you have booked with us before.

If you are a new customer

• Enter your address or postcode on the quote page
• Choose how many rooms and bathrooms need cleaning
• Add extra tasks if you need them: ironing, laundry, inside windows, fridge, oven
• Pick the length — we suggest one based on your rooms and extras
• Say whose products to use, yours or your cleaner's. The vacuum, mop and bucket are always yours
• Choose how often: one-off, weekly or fortnightly
• Leave your email and move on to choosing a time

You then see the available slots and pick a day and time. The price is visible before you confirm and does not change afterwards.

If you have booked before

Repeat bookings are made from your account, which already holds your address, your home's details and the cleaners who have worked there.
